Basic Functions:
· Answer telephone calls and carry out various reception and admin duties.
· Approach customers and attend to their needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Answer and redirect incoming calls in a polite and pleasant manner.
· Greet customers promptly, identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
