Celecti Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take up the role of Temporary (2-Year) Call Centre Executive. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to promote health screening packages and related services.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in call centre related roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
This role offers a competitive basic salary and a 2-year contract duration.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote health screening packages and related services to customers.
- Manage and address all external customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote new programs, events, and organizational initiatives through various communication channels.
- Prior experience in call centre related roles is essential for this position.
- Experience in using Microsoft office applications is also required.
