We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service. This role requires flexibility to work in a three-shift rotational system, ensuring 24/7 customer support.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Manage incoming inquiries coming in through our in-house application efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' queries and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and service excellence within 3-5 days.
  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and call handling procedures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software is a plus.
  • Diploma or equivalent
Shift Schedule:
  • 5.5 Days work week
  • Alternate weekends, including weekends and public holidays
