Call Centre Operator

- Attending to incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders
- Achieving department KPI’s and attending to all interactions across all platforms professionally and with a high level of service
- Ensuring all cases peratining to the building issues have been resolved/attended within agreed timeframe.
- Collaborate with medical staff to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with PDPA regulations.
- Support administrative work and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Levels with at one year experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry will be advantageous
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends.
