Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments through phone, email, web chat and other online platforms
  • Provide quality one-stop information service for the Hospital
  • Handles high-volume inbound calls and tend to inquiries related to healthcare services
  • Manage all dial in booking and WhatsApp/online scheduling.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
  • complying to PDPA regulations with patients' particulars
  • Address patient's concerns with empathy
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Support administrative work and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least GCE O Levels with at 1 years' work experience in a customer service
  • Prior work experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry will be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to commit to staggered working hours and half day Saturdays
