Roles & Responsibilities

Remuneration:

  • Salary from $4,500 to $6,000, with AWS and Variable Bonus
  • Location: Pioneer (transport pickup available)


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll processing and bonus proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations.
  • Monitor and manage work pass quotas, foreign worker housing arrangements, and related reporting.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and support employee development programs.
  • Oversee government claims submissions, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and IT support for HR-related systems.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Infotech payroll software.
