HR Manager

Remuneration:
- Salary from $4,500 to $6,000, with AWS and Variable Bonus
- Location: Pioneer (transport pickup available)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll processing and bonus proposals.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations.
- Monitor and manage work pass quotas, foreign worker housing arrangements, and related reporting.
- Lead performance management initiatives and support employee development programs.
- Oversee government claims submissions, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and IT support for HR-related systems.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Infotech payroll software.
