What You’ll Do:
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze customer insights to develop action plans that improve engagement and business performance.
- Brand Awareness: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to ensure Rewards program stays top-of-mind.
- Engaging Experiences: Drive customer engagement through Members Day, festive activations, exclusive events, and special promotions
- Convert inactive members into active ones through personalized marketing initiatives.
- Exciting Event Management: Organize and manage members-exclusive events from planning to execution.
- Digital & CRM Marketing: Support email marketing (eDMs), social media, SMS, in-app, and website campaigns to enhance digital engagement.
- Tech-Driven Campaigns: Work with CRM platforms like Braze, Adobe Experience Manager, and Session M to optimize loyalty marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- Degree holder in Business or marketing related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in loyalty marketing/digital marketing (those without any experience are welcome)
- CRM & data-driven mindset. Creative & agile problem solver
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to innovate.
- Strong analytical skills & business acumen to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and good multi-relationship building skills.
- Advanced in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint), experience in Business Intelligence tools (eg Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI) and customer engagement platforms (eg: Braze, Session M, or Adobe Experience Manager) are highly desirable.
