**Job Description Summary**
The Lead, Performance and Rewards designs performance management strategy and total rewards philosophy to attract and retain talent. You will design performance review cycles and key performance indicators. You will plan compensation and benefits policies, and the overall set of benefits offered to the employee.
**How you would make a difference**
- Lead and implement the development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice and alignment to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Engage with senior leaders to clarify business strategy and co-develop key goals and objective for senior leaders.
- Support senior leaders to communicate organisation-wide performance and any changes to the rewards philosophy.
- Perform market sensing by obtaining knowledge of competitive practices within labour markets.
- Perform trend analysis by understanding the competitive business environment.
- Review benefits, including health and wellness programmes.
- Secure stakeholders' commitment in support of benefits policy, including health and wellness programmes.
- Support senior leaders in communicating key goals and objectives to their staff and developing performance goals.
- Translate compensation management policy and strategy into salary grid, grade structures, and compensation programmes.
- Understand the business strategy and determine its effects on the workforce.
- Work with senior stakeholders to deliberate cases where the compensation management deviates from policies and processes.
- Establish a proactive approach to mitigate compliance and operational risk for HR processes, including implementing a framework for identifying, implementing controls.
**What you need to be successful**
- Recognized Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting the C-Level executives would be an added advantage
- More than 10 years of relevant Rewards and Benefits experience
- Professionalism with partnership mindset - not only tasker ticker, but think and plan ahead in micro-level
- Excellent interpersonal skills with relationship management
- Works well in a team
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent problem-solver
