Digital Performance Lead

This role is responsible for driving digital marketing excellence through integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and work with external agencies to plan, develop, and execute digital campaigns for branding and acquisition purposes.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools, identifying insights and opportunities to further improve lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, a strong analytical background, and knowledge of Google AdWords, Webmasters, Optimize, Multi-channel attribution, Web Analytics, SEO/ASO, AIO, and SEM.
Skill Requirements:
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical background with good knowledge of leads generation campaign and systems.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, Webmasters, Optimize, Multi-channel attribution, Web Analytics, SEO/ASO, AIO, and SEM.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing, preferably with a focus on web and apps.
- Degree in related discipline.
