Your Day-to-Day
- Support the Media Director in managing digital performance media accounts, campaigns and operations.
- Oversee, manage and execute performance campaigns for key clients within the agency - with support of performance execs / ops teams - does require a hands on approach.
- Development of media proposals and testing plans in line with client objectives
- Client coordination and management; regular updates, attendance of client meetings and presenting campaign status or results in line with client KPIs.
- Supporting Media Director on strategic / tactical planning and new business proposals across performance channels, including but not limited to; Search, Social and Programmatic. Also providing POV and thoughts on wider marketing efforts / channels.
- Reviewing media / marketing performance data and ensuring all elements of the campaign are tracked correctly - ensure reporting of digital campaigns and updating of dashboards to assess performance against goals (key metrics and KPIs) on a regular basis
- Working with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Hands on management of campaigns within DSPs, Search or Social Platforms where necessary; account creation, campaign set up, daily tracking, bid optimization, creative updates and reporting
- Coordination with key agency partners / vendors used for campaign delivery and execution
- Cross skilling / up skilling - Keep up to date on latest digital trends, new advertising solutions and provide POV on how these could be used to benefit our clients media / marketing activity.
What You’ll Need
- Min 4-5 years experience in managing performance campaigns, with hands-on experience of activating and optimizing campaigns.
- Experience in planning, executing and optimizing successfully across key performance channels; Programmatic / Biddable Media knowledge is a must, while wider knowledge of wider marketing channels (e.g. Search / Social) would be advantageous.
- Attention to details with ability to establish key working processes for effective delivery of campaigns and performance media operations.
- Sound knowledge of Media tracking platforms and processes (GA, AdForm, CM360, etc.) - ability to review and QA set ups for tracking media performance.
- Ability to oversee, train and mentor peers or junior members of the team.
- Understanding the role of media within the customer journey from building awareness, driving engagement, nurturing and converting into leads and pipeline
- Past experience working across Asian markets (Knowledge of Japan or any wider global markets would be a puls)
- Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing / Tech related field or equivalent professional experience
- Deep interest in digital marketing and innovation within the industry
- Analysis and assessment of campaigns - delivering thoughtful recommendations or solutions (knowledge of Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc would be useful)
- Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and organized self-starter with a flexible and agile approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
