Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales performance specialist to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Manage the sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and partnership.
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
Requirements and Skills:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful experience as a sales representative or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
