Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • To achieve and commit the sales target assigned.
  • PSI and Inventory Management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to improve individual and team as well as channel partners' performance.
  • Recruit, onboard and train new sales representatives.
  • Sales & marketing for a group of all Hitachi products.
  • Ensure proper display with channel partners for all the products.
  • Building business rapport with channel partners and shop floor staff.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies for expanding into new markets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Communicate with the Regional, subsidiaries offices of company in a prompt manner and regular basis, whenever required.
  • Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent or diploma level
  • At least 3 years of experience in related industry
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve results
  • Strong sales experience and proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
