**Position Overview**

We are seeking a driven and independent **Sales Lead**to take ownership of our sales function. As the sole sales team member, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role ideal for a results-oriented individual with relevant industry experience and an established buyer network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and grow client accounts in target sectors such as **cosmetics, retail, F&B, hospitality, or government**:

- **Establish new deals**and act as the **primary relationship manager**for clients
- Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from lead generation, proposal and quotation, client presentations, negotiation, to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations that balance creativity, timeline, and profitability
- Contribute to business development efforts, including basic marketing initiatives to raise company visibility
- Leverage your **existing buyer network**to generate leads and secure sales

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in **custom furniture, interior fit-out**, or related commercial project sectors
- Prior exposure to one or more of the following industries: cosmetics, retail, F&B, hospitality, government, or similar fields
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and growing client accounts
- A well-established network of buyers (e.g. procurement, design, or project teams) in at least one target industry
- **Self-driven, independent, and able to work autonomously**with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting value and negotiating effectively
