Our client is a renowned MNC operating in the FMCG sector with presence across US, EMEA and Asia Pacific region. They are now looking to hire a Regional Rewards Specialist. This role will work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and support the company’s talent management objectives. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits related matters.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and implement and deploy Rewards programs for the region
- Conduct benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitive positioning
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment of Rewards programs with business objectives
- Advise and educate managers and employees on rewards related matters, market trends and practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to Rewards programs
- Manage the administration of Rewards programs, including the annual salary review process, bonus programs, and benefits enrollment

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a regional or global role
- Knowledge of Rewards practices and trends, including market data and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
