Senior Manager, Regional Total Rewards

Manage compensation and benefits programs throughout APAC Region in alignment with corporate and regional business objectives
- Lead Compensation & Benefits work stream for M&A activity in APAC
- Advise regional senior leadership on all aspects of compensation and benefits strategy
- Provide consultation, training and support to APAC HR Business Partners and Senior Business leaders
- Ensure the competitiveness of regional compensation and benefits programs in terms of attracting, motivating and retaining the best talent
- Work with the senior HR leadership within the region, ensure that all regional and local compensation and benefits initiatives support MKS business objectives as well as attract, motivate and retain the best employees
- Ensure legal compliance of all compensation and benefits programs in each local market
- Design country-specific Benefits and wellbeing programs within our global framework
- Lead vendor selection of all regional Benefits and wellbeing vendors, including health service partners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure they are market competitive, cost effective and in compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirementsManage a team of Total Rewards Professionals to deliver the charter in the region
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree and above with 15+ years of HR-related work experience.
- Experience in designing Total Rewards programs for China / Taiwan/ HK/ Korea / Japan / Malayia / Singapore / Thailand / Vietnam
- 15+ years Compensation & Benefits design or consulting experience, in which 5+ years APAC region C&B experience in High Tech Industry and 5+ years of working with Global vendors (Radford/Aon/Mercer) to design and manage Compensation & Benefits programs
- GRP / CCP certification is preferred
- Solid M&A project experience
- Familiar with system tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Workday, Com&Ben Surveys, etc.)
