Overview
You will lead and shape total rewards initiatives across the APAC region as part of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Director, Organization Development & Total Rewards, you will collaborate with business and HR teams to provide year-round consultation on total rewards, guiding projects such as job levelling, incentives design, annual salary review cycles, compensation and benefits benchmarking, organization design and transformation, and other related total rewards programs.
Responsibilities
Co-lead the creation and maintenance of competitive compensation structures and incentive schemes aligned with the organization’s business strategy across South-East Asia and Oceania.
Effectively communicate regional compensation strategies, policies and initiatives to regional and market stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance and knowledge on strategic compensation matters to regional and market stakeholders.
Serve as the go-to expert for regional HR teams, addressing concerns and assisting with compensation-related needs.
Project manage the annual compensation review process and support performance management and calibration across markets.
Review confidential compensation frameworks, benchmarking, job levelling structures, and incentive schemes.
Lead participation and data submission for compensation and benefits surveys; collaborate with HR consulting vendors on market trends.
Lead and provide guidance on annual insurance plan and flexible benefits renewals; collaborate with market HR teams to refine policies.
Collaborate with market HR teams to identify enhancements and provide recommendations on policy improvements.
Support global benefits projects by liaising with market HR teams and regional/global C&B teams to share inputs and knowledge on regional benefits programs and practices.
Share best practices for design and execution of benefits across the region.
Plan & Consolidate Financials and Budgets
Support the creation and tracking of headcount and payroll budgeting for regional office entities.
Collaborate with market HR teams on headcount and payroll budgeting and consolidation for regional stakeholder presentation.
Support tracking of headcount, department expenses and payroll budget spend monthly.
Analyze & Deliver Insights Pertaining to Workforce Planning
Support tracking and analysis of workforce trends and preparation of periodic reports (e.g., attrition) to deliver actionable insights.
Support Regional Projects in Total Rewards
Collaborate with regional and market HR teams and business stakeholders on Total Rewards projects such as retail workforce HR projects, salary structure, and job levelling, among others.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
8–10 years of total rewards experience at the regional level, with a background in compensation and benefits (HR consulting is a plus).
Experience in developing and refining total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Strong knowledge of current compensation and benefits market trends and HR lifecycle processes.
Experience in HR budgets management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Understanding payroll fundamentals; experience in a matrixed multinational organization is preferred.
Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills; project management experience is beneficial.
