**Job Description & Requirements**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Total Rewards Manager to join our team. As the Global Total Rewards Manager, you will work closely with the business and HRBP to provide daily consultation on rewards-related topics to ensure global consistency and adherence to established procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with HRBP to provide daily consultation on rewards-related topics, including compensation and benefits, to ensure compliance with local laws and global consistency
- Develop and implement global total rewards policies and procedures that align with the company's business objectives and promote a high-performance culture
- Conduct analysis and research to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company's rewards programs, including benchmarking against industry standards and best practicesManage the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and other rewards programs
- Work with HR technology team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of rewards programs
- Collaborate with the business to develop and implement effective and efficient recognition programs that drive employee engagement and retention
- Ensure effective communication of rewards-related information to employees and HR teams globally
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of global trends and legislation related to total rewards programs
- Drive the implementation of the annual compensation review process and partner with HRBP to ensure effective communication and implementation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in total rewards management, with a focus on global programs and policies
- Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, benefits, and equity programs
- Experience with compensation planning, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement total rewards policies and procedures globally
- Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
