Total Rewards Manager

We are hiring for a Total Rewards Manager, for a newly created COE function for our client.
This role would oversee the Total Rewards Program for APAC, and reports to the APAC HR Director. The role involves around setting up processes and performance strategy, structure and approach across APAC.
**Would this be the next role for you?**:
- Oversee and drive all Total Rewards structure across APAC
- Provide thought leadership in all Compensation-related matters to Country HR
- Conceptualize and design compensation frameworks and policies
- Roll-out and champion adoption of new APAC and Performance approach across the region
- Maintain integrity of the overall Compensation and grading structure
- Be the lead for all APAC HR process alignment
- Lead special HR-related APAC projects
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Execute on implementation plans for regional projects
- Spearhead the digitalization of the Performance Partnership process
- Spearhead or be involved in projects that may cut across countries and regions
- Work with vendors to ensure robust and credible compensation structure in place

- Minimum 5 years of Total Rewards/C&B experience across APAC
- Certification in Job Evaluation/Grading would be advantageous
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to work in a hybrid work arrangement, and to be able to travel to Jurong industrial area for work.
