Job Description:
As a seasoned subject matter expert in total rewards, you will play an integral part in the analysis, administration, and evolution of our company's total rewards philosophy. Your responsibilities will include keeping abreast of changing compensation and benefits trends through conducting and participating in external market research. You will work as an individual contributor within the broader total rewards team to balance compensation and benefits opportunities available to employees in line with organizational strategy, objectives, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with internal stakeholders on company compensation policies, processes, and practices.
  • Partner with HR teams to execute new hire offers and promotions, including consulting on salary pay ranges and salary benchmarking.
  • Roll out Total Rewards projects and programs within a region or globally.
  • Engage with other Total Rewards experts to define, develop, and communicate new Total Rewards policies, processes, and practices.
  • Audit and review internal compensation data to resolve pay disparities and misalignment with the compensation philosophy.

Requirements:
  • Seasoned experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Experience managing employee benefits programs, including plan design, enrollment, and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret compensation and performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with HR teams, senior leaders, and employees.
