We are looking for talented individuals to join our **People and Culture** team and play a critical role in paving our way to success.
**About this role**:
- We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented professional to partner with the founders and help drive a number of high-stakes projects and initiatives critical to the success of the organization.
- This individual will lead a total rewards team and responsible for executing critical and strategic total rewards and welbeing philisophies with a purpose of building a 'Help our people achieve their greatest growth & greatest impact'
- This is a group-level role which is based in Singapore

**What you will do**:
- Responsible for the continuous development, recommendation and implementation of Total Rewards and Wellbeing strategies across all Circles entities
- Understand current and emerging market trends, identify potential opportunities and gaps, leverage external best practices and partner with internal stakeholders to support compensation and benefits initiatives that are aligned to strategic principles
- Manage the review process which includes budget/spend determination, developing communication slides, compensation analytics to ensure consistent approach of differentiating rewards, preparation of review deck with Leadership Team.
- Manage the validation process for Circle's bonus scheme and Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP) in conjunction with the compensation philosophy. Maintain bonus and ESOP plan documentation for the various plans and manage tools for employee data, calculation metrics
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to benchmark positions and develop competitive total reward packages including base, long-term equity and variable compensation.
- Act as a Business Partner, solution provider and counselor to HR Team members and business leaders by providing insightful analysis, expert advice and innovative recommendations on various matters, including country compensation issues, salary structures, promotions and market specific concerns.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to manage change and the impact of change to the total rewards, performance management, and wellbeing programs.
**Who you will work with**:
- Reporting to Head of Total Rewards & Wellbeing
- Other key relationships: Leadership Team, People & Culture Leadership team, and Functional Leads across the departments
**What we are looking for**:
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards
- Proven track record in driving and managing total rewards program in extremely fast-paced tech companies and ideally start-ups is valuable
- Ability to exercise structured thinking & communication towards rewards philosophies
- Attention to detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
- Experience in storyboarding and crafting executive-level presentations
- International exposure and / or work experience will be a plus
