
Total Rewards Manager

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of total rewards concepts and practices, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement total rewards strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Develop and maintain employee engagement and retention strategies
- Collaborate with HR and other business partners to design and implement total rewards programs
- Provide technical expertise and support to employees and managers on total rewards matters
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in total rewards, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
