**Responsibilities**:
- The Total Rewards Specialist runs the dedicated processes and the agenda independently under loose supervision, management and leadership of the Total Rewards Lead. The Specialist introduces new processes, collects feedback about the performance of compensation processes and develops/implements the process improvements.
- Coordinates Total Rewards processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Designs and develops Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure and Flexible Working Arrangements
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
- Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees
- Manage insurance matters, such as new hires and dependents enrolment, resignees removal from AON Care portal, attend to employees enquiries, and liaise with broker on any related matters.
- Any other Total Rewards related task that may be assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
- 3 to 5 years of consulting and/or in-house Rewards experience
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with collaborative mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
- Able to multi-task, with an eye for details.
- Preferably has work experience with HRIS Prosoft or other HRIS system.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with a strong focus on Excel
