Key Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Rewards Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing total rewards strategies, including planning of salary packages and bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource or Business Management, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme and prepare detailed reports on internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Coordinate with external compensation consulting companies to maintain data accuracy
  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as a member of the HR team
  • Manage insurance matters, such as new hires and dependents enrollment, and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner

The Key Rewards Specialist will be responsible for any other related tasks assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salary package planning and bonuses coordination
  • Total rewards policy development, including job evaluation and flexible working arrangements
  • Remuneration scheme analysis and reporting
  • External compensation consulting company cooperation
  • Strategic project participation
  • Insurance matter management
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of remuneration schemes and compensation processes
