- Advisor to business leaders on all total rewards matters
- Using a data-driven approach, guide the rewards team to design innovative and thoughtful rewards and recognition strategies that support business objectives and adhere to legislative requirements
- Ensure total rewards value proposition and solutions are clearly and consistently communicated in a way meaningful to managers and employees and effectively applied
- Leading performance review and compensation planning

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any disclipline, HR preferred
