Senior Total Rewards Specialist Opportunity

This is a pivotal role within our organization, focused on shaping the future of rewards and mobility across our diverse workforce. As a Senior Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a key part in designing and executing impactful Total Rewards programs that support talent attraction, employee engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will lead the development of the organization's rewards and mobility strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.

  2. You will be responsible for benchmarking compensation, conducting annual salary and bonus reviews, and developing policies to ensure competitive pay practices.

  3. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to provide informed salary recommendations for new hires and effectively communicate Total Rewards policies to employees.

  4. You will also drive employee engagement efforts related to rewards initiatives and support the administration of employee benefits, working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

  5. You will analyze data to inform Total Rewards strategy, building tools to support data-driven decisions and conducting policy effectiveness reviews.

  6. You will perform job evaluations using established methodologies to ensure accurate job sizing across the organization.

You will contribute to process improvement initiatives, participate in cross-functional projects, and support enterprise-wide objectives. Additionally, you will prepare data-driven reports and analysis for internal stakeholders, supporting negotiations and agreement renewals.

Ideal Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, along with experience in analyzing large datasets to inform Total Rewards strategy.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives.
