Total Rewards Strategist

Overview:
This position plays a key role in the development and implementation of a company's total rewards strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and standardizing processes and tools to deliver fair compensation to employees globally. Key responsibilities include developing job evaluations, job architecture, grade ranges, equity analyses, market reviews, and participating in benchmarking surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR team members, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to align on the company's total rewards philosophy and goals.

Work closely with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and key business leaders on compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, and ongoing job leveling, allowing for dynamic changes as the market demands.

Recommend changes as appropriate and support the respective country in completing agreed changes. Document global total rewards business processes and coordinate changes improving processes and workflows. Lead the team through regular benchmarking cycles to analyze and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive reward packages. Provide guidance to managers in updating job profiles. Provide analysis and recommendations for off-cycle salary adjustments. Facilitate annual compensation review process including requirements gathering, system configuration, data preparation, process management, and communication. Administer the executive Long Term Incentive program including annual grants, vesting, and communications. Assist in the preparation of budgets and prepare analyses.
