Total Rewards Manager, Asia


Description:
  • We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation and governance of compensation, benefits and total rewards strategies across Asia. This role ensures competitiveness, compliance and alignment with global frameworks while addressing local market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute regional total rewards strategies aligned with global HR and business goals.
  2. Lead compensation and benefits planning for annual cycles (e.g., salary reviews, bonus programs, equity plans).
  3. Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership on pay competitiveness, retention and reward optimization.
  4. Design and manage compensation structures, job grading and benchmarking using tools like Mercer, Radford or Aon.
  5. Oversee benefits programs across countries (e.g., health, insurance, retirement, wellness), ensuring market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations across all countries in the region.
  7. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  8. Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on pay equity, cost modeling and program effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in a regional Asia role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits design and regulatory environments across Asia.
  • Experience working with global vendors and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Mercer surveys).
  • Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
