Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Total Rewards Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing total rewards strategies, including salary planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates Total Rewards processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction
- Supports in the design and development of Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure, and Flexible Working Arrangements
- Analyzes Remuneration Scheme: Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Maintains the Data Submission: Closely cooperates and maintains the data submission with external compensation consulting companies
- Active Participation in the Team: Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Manage Insurance Matters: Manage insurance matters, such as new hires and dependents enrolment, resignees removal from AON Care portal, attend to employees enquiries, and liaise with broker on any related matters
