Job Title:
Total Rewards Strategist - Data Management

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Strategist to support data management and analysis for our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our rewards data.

About the Role:
The Total Rewards Strategist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date rewards data across various business units. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve data quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support data clean-up and data analysis for Total Rewards and Benefits
  • Conduct data transfer work into existing templates
  • Validate benefits information across Business Units
  • 50% support data work for People Excellence team (HR operations front)

Requirements:
  • Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR data analysis or related work
