About the Job

Lead and drive strategic priorities of Total Rewards & HR Automation to enhance organizational efficiency, digitalize work processes, and design a comprehensive total rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Total Rewards
    • Drive Total Rewards processes, including annual salary review, performance bonus planning, benefits renewal and management, budget exercises, new benefits development, and vendor management.
    • Monitor, review, benchmark, and update Total Rewards policies to align with Company strategic priorities and external market trends.
    • Review compensation and benefits programs for current competitiveness and compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Drive automation and digitalization of Total Rewards processes.
    • Lead job evaluations and conduct salary benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness; conduct benefits cost and utilization analysis to support recommendations.
    • Manage global mobility, international assignment, and expatriate matters on statutory levels.
    • Lead Total Rewards projects and operational activities requiring statutory reporting and audits.
  • HR Automation (HRIS)
    • Lead the digitalisation, enhancement, and optimisation of HR systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and support business goals.
    • Evaluate and implement HR system administration to ensure compliance with statutory bodies.
    • Oversee people cost issues, challenges, and provide sound recommendations for improvement.
    • Enhance operational processes and collaborate with tax consultants on remuneration-related tasks.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
    • At least 6 years' working experience in similar capacity, with experience in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS functions.
    • Demonstrated ability to design and/or implement HR programs.
    • Familiarity with fast-paced environments and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to manage operational processes and communicate effectively across all levels.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
    • Multitasking and project management abilities.
    • Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
