Total Rewards and HR Automation Strategist

Lead and drive strategic priorities of Total Rewards & HR Automation to enhance organizational efficiency, digitalize work processes, and design a comprehensive total rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Total Rewards
- Drive Total Rewards processes, including annual salary review, performance bonus planning, benefits renewal and management, budget exercises, new benefits development, and vendor management.
- Monitor, review, benchmark, and update Total Rewards policies to align with Company strategic priorities and external market trends.
- Review compensation and benefits programs for current competitiveness and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Drive automation and digitalization of Total Rewards processes.
- Lead job evaluations and conduct salary benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness; conduct benefits cost and utilization analysis to support recommendations.
- Manage global mobility, international assignment, and expatriate matters on statutory levels.
- Lead Total Rewards projects and operational activities requiring statutory reporting and audits.
- HR Automation (HRIS)
- Lead the digitalisation, enhancement, and optimisation of HR systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and support business goals.
- Evaluate and implement HR system administration to ensure compliance with statutory bodies.
- Oversee people cost issues, challenges, and provide sound recommendations for improvement.
- Enhance operational processes and collaborate with tax consultants on remuneration-related tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 6 years' working experience in similar capacity, with experience in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS functions.
- Demonstrated ability to design and/or implement HR programs.
- Familiarity with fast-paced environments and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage operational processes and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Multitasking and project management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
