**Regional Rewards Lead - Asia**
**What can you expect?**
As a Regional Rewards Lead, you’ll be a well-rounded experienced compensation and benefits professional who thrives in working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment and can participate in determining innovative and scalable solutions that can impact compensation and benefit programs. You’ll provide consultative input to Marsh’s Asia region related to rewards strategy in support of business goals to enhance and grow the business as well as in alignment with global policies and practices.
You’ll also provide insights to assess the effectiveness and quality of plans, programs, processes, generate reports, analyse data, summarise, and represent results and ensure integrity of data and reporting methodologies. We’ll need you to focus on working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders for the delivery of the year end compensation process.
In this role, you’ll report to the Marsh Global Total Rewards Leader and be part of a global Total Rewards Centre of Excellence. You will have matrix working with the Marsh Asia HR team and contribute towards their talent agenda.

**We will count on you to**:- Liaise with the Rewards team and HR regarding benchmarking, job families, job surveys, market analysis for a particular business or region, year-end compensation planning and all other compensation and benefit projects
- Manage various rewards-based initiatives and projects that have a significant impact on the organization which may include sales compensation plan design
- Prepare advanced compensation analysis including generation and interpretation of complex reports from large databases as well as manipulation of these large databases to manage employee data
- Manage and evaluate prepared compensation proposals and budgets; consolidate data analysis for business focused recommendations based and communicates those recommendations to leadership
- Establish project objectives and develop project plans, manage timelines and resources, and engage stakeholders at all levels; may also lead assigned global Marsh projects
**We would like you to have**:
- Experience in the Asia region covering markets in North Asia, South Asia, and India
- Experience in leading rewards projects, with the ability to build consensus and manage expectations across a wide range of stakeholders, coordinate multiple work streams or tasks, prioritize work, and to lead project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
