Our global Rewards CoE supports and partners with local HR teams across Kantar to structure our reward strategy, provide enhancement to our local HR expertise and ensure manager engagement and alignment.

Reporting to our Senior Reward Lead, the Regional Reward Manager will build consistent reward programs in the region to increase employee engagement and drive HR and Finance effectiveness, support an unconditionally collaborative culture and partner the respective HRDs to deliver key initiatives for the various business divisions and CoE. There will also be the opportunity to participate in the core project teams for all annual reward cycles and to lead a global project to create consistency and success of the Reward Programs team.

Key Outcomes:
- Develop close ties with other COE teams in the region to ensure we are delivering a blended reward approach; building solutions which drive both the commercial success of our business and the capability and effectiveness of our people- Contribute to discussions about taking Kantar Reward to the next level- Partner with Finance in the region to clarify practice and accountabilities on pay reviews, mandatory increases and the funding of reward programs- Participate in the global annual pay and bonus cycle to maintain alignment- Conduct benchmarking exercises where required, specifically where Kantar pay ranges are not available- Design and evolve our pay range approach in line with employee segmentation- Be a key driver for consistency and convergence of reward programmes in the areas of incentives, pay practices and recognition- Equip the Country HRBPs and Advisors to deliver and implement global reward policies, working closely with the reward advisors in the Country HR team- Assist with the education of local leaders around our bonus program and be a vocal supporter- Deliver workshops in the region to increase HR and leaders’ understanding of reward fundamentals- Provide expertise, consultancy and guidance to regional stakeholders and display a strong willingness to learn from these stakeholders- Offer specific strategies to retain and attract talent in the ‘war for talent’ environment in the region- Provide thought leadership from a reward perspective around issues of Inclusion and Diversity in the region and from time to time, be involved in projects and activities beyond the region

Key capabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in running or leading annual compensation cycles-
- Direct experience in coordinating and submitting survey data to various providers Construction of pay ranges based on data Job evaluation/levelling- Variable pay design experience - local bonus plans and sales incentives- Financial acumen- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively as part of a team- Regional experience- Strong communication skills- Customer focused- Deep technical reward capability- Advanced spreadsheet skills
