Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Rewards Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team based in Singapore. The Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative reward programs and strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the organization. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Rewards, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our global rewards strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits strategies for regional markets, ensuring alignment with market best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cluster HR teams on implementing group-wide or country-specific rewards programs or initiatives.
- Performing annual salary reviews to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and evaluating the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs.
- Supporting annual budget and forecasting exercises.
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures in compliance with local statutory legislations.
- Leading or participating in ad-hoc HR, Rewards, or M&A projects.
The company may assign additional duties or vary the scope of work according to business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. An advanced degree or professional certification in compensation and benefits is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in rewards management with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of global rewards principles and practices, including compensation structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
- Regional experience in Southeast Asia, including India, is advantageous.
- Experience managing compensation and benefits strategies in multinational companies, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across all organizational levels and regions.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and integrity.
- Proficiency in Workday, MS Office, and database applications.
