- Summary: Reporting to the CHRO, this newly created Total Rewards Lead role will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives, ensuring our rewards programs attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Drive and manage annual compensation exercises such as annual increment, performance bonus, promotion, budgeting and market adjustment exercises.
- Review and implement compensation and benefits related initiatives, including collaboration with external agencies.
- Develop, analyze and review compensation structures and framework.
- Network and engage with external C&B professionals and industry experts to gather insights and benchmark rewards programs against market trends.
- Lead salary benchmarking exercises, leveraging tools such as the Mercer report, to ensure our compensation packages are in line with industry standards and regional benchmarks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with demonstrated expertise in salary benchmarking, designing rewards programs, and compensation planning.
- Proven experience in a managerial capacity, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate data and create insights.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP HR and Payroll modules, to effectively manage HR processes and data.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
