Are you a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple Asian markets? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our HR Reward team. Being based in Singapore and reporting into the Head of Reward, in this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs tailored to various markets, including Japan, China, Australia, India, and Indonesia.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that meet the specific needs of different Asian markets.
- Market Research: Conduct extensive market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits matters to HR teams and business leaders throughout the region.
- Annual Review Management: Oversee the annual salary review process, bonus schemes, and benefits administration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Global Coordination: Collaborate with the global Reward Team based in Germany and the UK to maintain consistency and alignment with global policies and practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze compensation and benefits data to support strategic decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our reward programs.

**Your powerful skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a compensation and benefits consultant role or within a multinational company.
- Proven expertise in compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on Singapore.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in other Asian markets such as Japan, China, Australia, India, and Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
