Lead and oversee all aspects of the Rewards function, including executive compensation.
- Drive the annual increment and variable bonus cycles in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Provide relevant analyses to facilitate Management decision-making, Collective Agreement renewals and negotiations etc.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to introduce / enhance Rewards programmes, in alignment to business strategies and objectives.
- Communicate Rewards programmes to stakeholders with a call to action and educate the wider audience on Rewards philosophy/ principles at opportune times.
- Seek continuous improvements to prevailing Rewards policies, processes and practices.
- Participate in market surveys and monitor market trends/ developments in the Rewards space.
- Keep abreast and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF Act etc).
- Work with and manage team comprising HR generalists as well as specialists for cross-functional projects.
- Manage payroll for senior executives as a verifier or overseer.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of senior executives payroll.
- HR professional with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in driving Rewards activities.
- Analytical and able to provide data-driven proposals.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Effective communicator and able to story-tell.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing market trends, practices and regulations affecting Rewards.
- Ability in coping with sustained pressure and managing multiple workstreams occurring simultaneously.
- Proven manager who is devoted to coach, develop and supervise his/ her team members.
- IT-savvy and comfortable with capitalising on HR systems.
