**1. Rewards Strategy & Implementation**
- Develop and implement CIMB SG rewards policy and frameworks in line with CIMB Group policy, balancing local market competitiveness with cost sustainability, ensuring fit for purpose against the Bank’s aspirations and to drive a high performance culture
- Custodian in managing the Banks differentiated salary structures for the different job families within the Bank
- Lead and execute the country wide annual review cycle with the country CEO, Heads of departments and also Group counterparts
- Partner with business units on the design and review of sales incentive plans for performance, productivity and governance
- Keep pace with changing market trends on an ongoing basis, lead and execute market benchmarking on a need basis to ensure the Banks rewards frameworks and salary structures are at par to market
- Manage day-to-day matters pertaining to rewards management and operations
- Develop and lead recognition programs as part of total rewards
- Provide analytical data reports consisting of, but not limited to, budget forecasting and statistical analysis to support strategic compensation decisions.
**2. Performance Management**
- Develop and implement CIMB SG’s Performance Management Policy in line with CIMB Group policy, ensuring fit for purpose against the Bank’s aspirations and to drive a high performance culture
- Develop, lead and execute the end-to-end annual performance management process (from goal setting, mid year check-ins, year end reviews as well as management of poor performers) and ensure it is effectively communicated to managers and staff and HR teams have a clear understanding of their role
- Lead and execute the sales employees upgrading cycle to ensure proper governance of progression of the sales employees against the sales progression criteria designed
- Consult and guide business stakeholders and employees on performance management related issues.
**3. Organisation Design, Job Sizing and Manpower Cost Planning**
- Partner with OD/Manpower Planning team on costing of vacancies for the purpose of the annual manpower planning/budgeting exercise
- Partner with OD team
**4. Others**
- Keeps pace with trends in the industry and general employment market for market intelligence and insights.
- Able to manage internal key stakeholders, particularly senior management
- Establish and build strong talent network with industry partners.
- Maintain, monitor, analyse and report performance management and rewards data and metrics.
- Able to focus on strategic issues and is comfortable dealing with details at the operational level.
- Oversee HR projects where applicable.
**Requirements**:
- 10-12 years’ experience in Rewards & Performance in a leadership capacity
- Technical know-how in Job Evaluation Methodology
- Experience in rewards consulting will be a distinct advantage
