Job Scope

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Present the company’s packaging solutions and products to prospective clients.
  • Handle negotiations with clients, close sales deals, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring regular contact and support for their packaging needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide relevant feedback and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirement

  • Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 2 – 3 years related experience in relevant position
  • Possess own transport is an advantage
