Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Wholesale Manager to expand our B2B beauty business. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and major retail partners such as Watsons, Guardian, Unity, and Sasa, ensuring sales growth and strong brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow wholesale accounts by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and beauty businesses.
Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk order deals with retail chains like Watsons, Guardian, Unity, and Sasa to maximize brand reach and profitability.
Identify and onboard new B2B clients to expand the brand's presence in the beauty industry.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, in-store campaigns, and trade events.
Ensure brand consistency and proper merchandising across wholesale and retail channels.
Provide excellent customer service and account management to maintain long-term partnerships with key retail partners.
3+ years of experience in wholesale, B2B sales, or account management (preferably in the beauty industry).
Strong network and experience working with Watsons, Guardian, Unity, Sasa, and other retail partners.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing wholesale business.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Familiarity with pricing structures, order fulfillment, and inventory management in a retail environment.
Experience working with distributors, beauty retailers, and large chain stores.
Knowledge of wholesale pricing structures and B2B e-commerce platforms.
Ability to coordinate marketing efforts and in-store promotions for retail partners.
