Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our IT Services and Staffing / Consulting verticals.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned B2B sales professional with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, industry outreach, and social media
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to deliver high-quality results against their expectations
- Collaborate with the management team to provide support for closing deals, including drafting proposals, negotiating terms, and addressing customer inquiries
Requirements:
- At least 8 or more years' experience in business development/sales focused on B2B in IT Services or Staffing/Consulting verticals
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team dynamic
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
