As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for consulting with C-level executives to demonstrate how the company can create value for their organization and impact their business/operating expenses. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company and contribute to shaping and scaling the sales organization. We are seeking individuals who are sharp, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about implementing solutions that drive transformative change. In this client-facing position, you will take ownership of revenue generation within specific industries. Your duties will include building, managing, and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team, establishing a data-driven sales process, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals across various industry verticals.Your key responsibilities will include:- Driving sales growth and expanding the customer base to generate net new revenue- Establishing strong relationships with senior executives at enterprises of varying sizes- Conducting in-person client presentations, information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals- Engaging with prospects to identify their unique pain points and creating compelling business cases- Conducting personalized prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline- Developing and implementing a scalable sales process from prospecting to contract execution- Recruiting, training, and leading a team of high-performing
