Job Title: Sales Excellence Manager – Asia Pacific
Location: Asia Pacific Region or Singapore
Reports To: APAC Commercial Excellence Director

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
We seek a strategic and results-oriented Sales Excellence Leader to enhance commercial performance across Asia Pacific. This role involves partnering with regional sales leaders to drive operational rigor, process improvement, and data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business partnering, deep Salesforce.com expertise, and fluency in Chinese is highly preferred. You will collaborate with diverse teams and make a significant impact.
- Business Partnering & Strategy: advising sales leadership, aligning with cross-functional teams, supporting planning and performance reviews.
- Sales Process & Performance Optimization: designing and improving sales processes, driving Salesforce.com adoption, monitoring KPIs.
- Sales Incentive Planning & Performance Management: designing incentive plans, analyzing sales data, supporting reviews.
- Enablement & Change Management: developing training, leading change initiatives.
- Insights & Analytics: analyzing sales data, providing strategic insights, creating executive reports.
Your Skills And Expertise
Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA preferred
- At least 8 years in Sales Excellence, Operations, or Strategy roles
- Proven experience in business partnering with senior sales leaders
- Strong Salesforce.com skills; experience with Tableau, Power BI is a plus
- Experience in designing sales incentive plans
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency highly preferred
- Experience with Asia Pacific markets preferred
- Willingness to travel regionally
Work Location: Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Seoul. Hybrid work is eligible with travel required at least 3 days per week.
