**Sales Manager - Asia Pacific**

**SUMMARY**
Plasma-Therm is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager - Asia Pacific to accelerate growth and expand market share for our industry-leading plasma processing equipment and services. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage regional representatives and agents, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers to position Plasma-Therm as the partner of choice across the Asia Pacific semiconductor market.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO - KEY IMPACT AREAS**
- Deliver Results - Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets by creating and executing strategic sales plans across the Asia Pacific region.
- Lead & Motivate - Manage, guide, and inspire regional representatives and agents to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Expand Market Presence - Identify and capture new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.
- Strengthen Customer Relationships - Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and conduct high-level meetings to close business-critical opportunities.
- Competitive Market Insights - Analyze market trends and competitors (SWOT analysis) to provide actionable insights and enhance Plasma-Therm’s market position.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with the Regional Service Manager and Inside Sales to ensure seamless customer support and successful project execution.
**Requirements**:
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven Sales Success - Minimum 6 years of capital equipment sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in Chinese and English; additional Asia Pacific languages a plus.
- Strong Business Acumen - Strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Asia Pacific region.
