**About the Role**

As the **Sales Manager (Projects),** you’ll drive our sales strategy and lead a team representing our luxury bathroom and kitchen products to clients in the building and interior design sectors. This AI-resistant role demands creativity, leadership, and a sharp business acumen to deliver tailored solutions and a smooth, professional experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and facilities managers
- Oversee tender preparation, proposal presentations, and deal closures
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to stay ahead
- Collaborate with coordinators, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in sales, with experience in building materials, interior design, construction or related industries
- A diploma or degree in Business, Building Management, or Interior Design is a plus, but relevant experience is key
- Interpersonal and communication skills to inspire teams and clients
- Organised and effective in implementation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
