**Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients for smart workspace solutions, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the target market and expand the customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the smart workspace domain.
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our smart workspace solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Work closely with technical experts to design customized solutions that address client challenges.
- Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements that meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
- Set ambitious sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Be a high-level individual contributor to achieving business objectives.
- Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline and closure rate.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in technology or smart solutions such as business intelligence, smart office, smart building, surveillance, physical security, locker solution
- Strong understanding of smart office technologies, IoT, and related trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and independent worker who is proactive and customer-focused.
- Proven sales track record.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
- IT SALES: 5 years (preferred)
