Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote AV and related solutions to corporate and commercial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide informed solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling AV or related solutions to corporate and commercial customers.
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to self-learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
