**Job Description & Requirements**

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Head of Sales. You will be responsible for supervising, providing work support and ensuring that each sales executive achieves and overachieves their monthly sales target. You must be creative in developing strategies to aid each sales executive to be able to negotiate and close in the sales to meet planned goals. You must also be able to provide executable ideas to generate leads. You will be reporting directly to the CEO weekly to report sales revenue and goals achieved by each sales executive.

A strong Bachelor's degree with honours or masters in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team to overachieve their monthly set revenue target. Previous experience in a sales-related role is required and relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry will be a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to set up strategic plans to drive up sales, revenue, and to set up expense controls. You will initiate to submit plans to the CEO a week before the month starts.
- You are responsible to have each sales executive meets monthly planned sales goals.
- You will be setting individual sales targets with the sales team and to brief them through on their plan to meet the targets monthly before the month starts.
- You will be tracking sales revenues weekly and to report results to the CEO weekly.
- You are responsible for overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team daily.
- You must be able to form and execute strategies to create lead generation.
- You must be able to provide training to salespeople to negotiate and close in the sales.
- You must be able to communicate and discern resources required by the sales team to get in the sales. with the approved right resources.
- You will be required to promote and create sales angles of the products' benefits.
- You must work with each sales executive to Identify the right customers to onboard by commiunicating with each of them

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with honours (distinction) or Masters in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- You must have experience doing sales (experience with all major supermarkets is a plus) for at least 5 years
- You must have experience in sales for at least 5 years and have been a consistent overachiever monthly in your past career.
- You must possess excellent skills in customer relationship management.
- You must have experience managing and driving sales executives to meet or overachieve their set monthly target.
- You must possess strong writing skills and have strong verbal communication skills.
- You must have every skill to lead to providing the best customer service.
- You must be able to lead the entire sales team to overachieve the overall sales target set monthly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
