About the role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with our valued clients. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the continued success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and a deep understanding of their needs
- Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, actively prospecting and generating new leads
- Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer service
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to drive growth
- Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the audio-visual industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients
- Existing business network or contacts in at least one of the required verticals (Enterprise, Video Conferencing, Command Centre, HTX, Videowall)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
- Detailed understanding of audio-visual technologies, products, and industry trends
- Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a driven and proactive mindset
