**Role Overview**
As Sales & Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving ticket sales, launching strategic campaigns, and expanding into new sales channels such as corporate bookings, school groups, and tourism partners.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Revenue Strategy**
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
**Ticket Sales & Channel Growth**
- Drive both B2C and B2B ticket sales
- Develop partnerships with corporates, schools, and travel platforms
- Build and manage affiliate or referral programs
**Promotions & Seasonal Campaigns**
- Plan and launch seasonal offers
- Work with the marketing team to develop high-converting content
**Experience Optimisation**
- Improve guest journey and conversion flow
- Analyse feedback and suggest data-driven changes
**Partnerships & Outreach**
- Pitch to new B2B clients and expand outreach efforts
- Attend industry events and represent the brand
**Reporting & Analysis**
- Maintain sales dashboards and performance reports
- Evaluate and improve campaign ROI
**Requirements**:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality, events, or tourism
