· Target Achievement: Ensure that budgeted sales targets are met or exceeded through effective planning, execution, and a results-oriented approach.

· Education and Training: Participate in and contribute to enhancing the education of medical and paramedical staff on our products and their clinical benefits.

· Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal sales and marketing teams to share market intelligence and align on business strategy.
