Specialist Sales Representative

· Territory and Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with clinics and relevant departments within assigned hospitals and territory to drive business development.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain a strong rapport with key accounts and all relevant stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and clinical staff.
· Business Development: Leverage market insights and product information to identify and initiate new opportunities for business growth within key accounts.
· Lead Generation: Actively participate in activities and events within your accounts to generate new leads and expand the business.
· Sales and Marketing Support: Support all related sales and marketing activities and participate in corporate events and initiatives to promote our nutraceutical products and brand awareness.
· Target Achievement: Ensure that budgeted sales targets are met or exceeded through effective planning, execution, and a results-oriented approach.
· Education and Training: Participate in and contribute to enhancing the education of medical and paramedical staff on our products and their clinical benefits.
· Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal sales and marketing teams to share market intelligence and align on business strategy.
